Harvest Time
November is an exciting month bookended by fun: the New York City Marathon on the 2nd and Thanksgiving on the 27th. In the true season of fall harvest, I'm aiming to reap the benefits I've sown this summer and I invite you all to do the same! This doesn't just mean chasing big goals, but reminding yourself of all the work you've put in to get there.
Spooky Season
October is one of my favorite months of the year, and this year to make it even more fun it's my final month of training before I run the New York City Marathon. I'm really leaning into the spirit of spooky season by doing something that scares me, and I hope you can find an opportunity this month to challenge yourself to do the same!
Fuel to Train, Don't Train to Fuel
Cue Earth, Wind and Fire - September is here! Cooler temps, changing leaves, and cozy fall weather is coming, and some of the biggest races of the year will take place this month. Lots of runners are chasing big goals this year, and whether you're one of them or not, fueling is still important. You don't have to be training for something to earn your food!
