Sunday Brunch Club - Week 6

I hope everyone is having a great weekend! Apparently May in California is dubbed “gray May”, so it was a cooler, cloudier weekend in LA. With the weather, I decided to spend most of the weekend doing some spring cleaning, which always feels like a workout in and of itself 😅.

In today’s newsletter:

  • What’s for dinner? I’ve planned out your week in meals and snacks so you don’t have to! Check out my menu plan for the week, and some simple recipes to go with it.

  • Weekly accountability challenge: In the spirit of spring cleaning, I’m doing a 1 month “social media cleanup” challenge where week by week we’ll work on cutting down on screen time. Don’t think this sounds nutrition related? Trust me, it is 👀. Read on to find out why!

  • Science corner: I shared on Instagram that there is a big difference between a true period and a period caused by birth control and got a lot of questions, so I decided to break that down further today!

  • Food for thought: I heard on the radio that people are using ChatGPT for things like therapy and nutrition plans. I give you my thoughts on the pitfalls of AI when it comes to nutrition, while also acknowledging the ways in which it can be useful.
