Sunday Brunch Club - Week 62

Happy Sunday! I hope everyone is having a great weekend. This weekend was Nick’s birthday, and every year for his birthday he has a goal of running a sub 5 minute mile. So today, we’re heading out to the track for him to do his mile attempt. So far, he has been successful since he started the challenge so send him some speed for this year’s mile! No matter what, we’re getting coffee (for him, unfortunately I’m still banned 🥲) and donuts afterwards which is a win either way.
I’m really excited for this upcoming week because tomorrow our new self-paced course, Healing Your Relationship With Food, is launching! It’s an awesome 8 module course that walks you through ways to lessen stress around fueling and improve body image, and is something I think so many people can benefit from. Food for thought: My life lately has felt like one long to-do list that never quite seems to end no matter how much I get done. I find that this creates a lot of constant background noise in my head, so I wanted to share some strategies I’m using to help quiet my mind.
