Sunday Brunch Club - Week 57

Happy Sunday! I hope you’re all having a great weekend. I had a pretty low key one, and was able to do some catching up on house work and running errands. I also got lunch with a friend from high school who I haven’t seen in probably 10 years, and we ended up talking for 3 hours which was so fun! It’s always nice to have people in your life like that where you can pick things up 10 years later right where they left off. She asked about my running and said her whole family watched me race at the Olympic trials in 2021 🥹. Having people to cheer you on far and wide is one of my favorite things about this sport.

Speaking of cheering people on, Fueling Forward’s newest dietitian Alexa Gusman (Efraimson) is racing her first ever marathon at the Eugene Marathon today! Send her speedy thoughts. We’ll hear her full race recap next week!
