Sunday Brunch Club - Week 2

I hope everyone had a great week! Nick and I traveled back to Colorado for my younger brother’s wedding, so we’re spending Sunday frantically trying to get our lives back together for the week ahead. We had a great time (even though it snowed the entire time!), got to run on some of our favorite trails, and most importantly spend some time with our families.

In today’s newsletter:

  • What’s for dinner? I’ve planned out your week in meals and snacks so you don’t have to! Check out my menu plan for the week, and some simple recipes to go with it. This week, we’re keeping it simple after traveling.
