Sunday Brunch Club - Week 58

Happy Sunday and happy May! This weekend marks the 2 month countdown for us until the baby gets here so I spent my weekend on Facebook marketplace trying to sell some furniture to make space in our office/nursery 😅. Especially because we’re traveling back to Colorado next week for our baby shower! The nice thing about having a smaller space is that you’re forced to keep clutter to a minimum, but it can get overwhelming pretty quickly.

I always love May because it feels like summer is just around the corner but the weather is a little bit more mild. Speaking of summer, we have some exciting programs at Fueling Forward starting this summer:

  • We’ll have our Fall Marathon Group Nutrition Coaching Program that will begin at the end of July, so if you’re racing a fall marathon and this sounds interesting to you, sign up for our waitlist to be the first to know when registration opens!

  • We also have our High School Summer Boot Camp Series geared towards high school athletes prepping for fall xc which will take place in June and July, and you can sign up for that waitlist here.

  • Fueling Forward’s newest dietitian Alexa Gusman has created an incredible self-paced course focused on helping you heal your relationship with food and body image. This course will open up June 1st and you can sign up for the waitlist to get more information!

In Today’s newsletter:

  • Food for thought: Last Sunday, Fueling Forward’s newest dietitian Alexa Gusman ran the Eugene Marathon. Her goal was to finish in sub 3-hours, and she crossed the line in 2:59:36. Today, she’s sharing her race recap and how she crushed her fueling plan!
