Health is More Than Weight

Sunday Brunch Club - Week 47

Happy Sunday and happy long weekend! I love a 3 day weekend because it actually feels like you get a full weekend. With a 2 day weekend, Friday you’re tired from work, Saturday is your main day to enjoy the weekend, and then Sunday you have to get ready for a whole new week so it really feels more like a 1 day weekend.

Nick and I took full advantage of this 3 day weekend and drove down to Scottsdale to visit some of his family. We got to enjoy some time by the pool, go for some nice runs and walks, have some great meals out, and Nick went golfing while I enjoyed a spa day 😌. It was the perfect little relaxing getaway!
