Sunday Brunch Club - Week 14

Happy Sunday! Another week of training in the books. We’ve found a good trail for long runs out here that has some soft surface, so we’ll be getting really comfortable with that run over the next few months 😅.

This week, I started volunteer assistant coaching at a local high school, so I was able to run with the kids which was really fun. I love getting to coach high schoolers, and after coaching at my former high school for 6 years before moving here it’s something I have been really missing. It will be nice to have some new training partners too!

If you’re also training for a fall marathon, applications for my new fall marathon group coaching program are open for another 2 weeks! This 12 week group program will walk you through everything you need to know to nail your marathon fueling, and the most fun part (I think) is that we’ll be doing it with a group of other runners! I love building community and am looking forward to have a crew to do this fall marathon thing with. If you’re interested, you can learn more and apply here!
