Sunday Brunch Club - Week 52

I hope you’re all having a great weekend! It’s hard to believe that as of Friday, it’s officially spring! LA is celebrating with 95+ degree weather, so it feels like we skipped right over spring and jumped into summer 🫠. The heat this week and weekend has definitely kept me inside a bit more than usual. Since I’ve been pregnant I have been so hot all the time, and doing much outside in the hot weather absolutely saps me. Again this has been an adjustment, but I’m really trying to be smart and listen to my body.

The good news is I have had more time to focus on indoor things that need to be done, like cleaning and organizing. And of course catching up on TV shows 😅. The weights that I got for Christmas have also been coming in handy, and I’m still able to get my lifts done which has helped me to continue feeling really good overall.

Today is also the official 1 year anniversary of Sunday Brunch Club! I have so enjoyed writing this newsletter for you all every week for the past 52 weeks.
