Sunday Brunch Club - Week 60

Happy Sunday! I hope everyone is having a great weekend. We had so much fun at our baby shower back in Colorado last weekend, and it’s hard to believe that was our last trip back just the two of us. We’ll be spending most of our spare time trying to get everything organized and ready over the next 6 weeks! I’m so thankful to still be feeling good overall, and have still been able to stay active.

I’ll be taking some time off of work in July, but Fueling Forward will still have some great opportunities to get nutrition support! Alexa will still be offering 1:1 coaching and will also be running our High School Summer Boot Camp Series for high school runners gearing up for fall xc season. I’ll be running our Fall Marathon Group Nutrition Coaching Program for anyone training for a fall marathon. And lastly, we have our new self-paced course, Healing Your Relationship With Food, coming out in June. I love my job so much, and look forward to continuing to support you all!   • Food for thought: As someone who struggles with anxiety, I tend to jump to worst case scenario pretty easily. Navigating this more medically stressful time in my life, I’ve been working on changing my outlook and wanted to share some things that have been helpful.
